The season of Lent is a special time for us as God's people to renew our faith in our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. As we begin another lenten season, we invite you to travel the Lenten journey with your Savior, and with your brothers and sisters in Christ. As we pray that in the process, your walk with Him will be strengthen.

For that is an important part of our Lenten journey - Lent is a time for strengthening our faith as we reflect on what Christ has done for us, and as we consider how that realization changes and renews our lives!

This Lenten series is drawn from Luke' account of our Lord's Passion. Each service, Luke will take us to a different place - The Places of the Passion. However, the focus will not be on those physical places. Instead, we will be invited to gaze in wonder on the spiritual work that our Lord does in these places. Jesus will share His strength in our times of weakness. When Jesus enters a place, He never leaves it as He found it. The most troubling places in our lives become the most amazing places of God's grace when Jesus visits them. As we visit these different places of the Passion, we will discover our Lord waiting for us and willing to share with us His love, which was set in place before the foundation of the world!

A crown, a cross, a gruesome death, and an empty tomb. The Easter story is a powerful one that is still impactful thousands of years later. In this troubled world, the resurrection and hope found in Jesus, is something to celebrate. Come hear the whole story of Easter at Faith Community Lutheran Church.

We have both online and in person services and will follow COVID safety guidelines. Doors to the Spiritual Life Centers will open 30 minutes prior to each service, so plan to arrive in plenty of time to park and get settled in your seat. We kindly ask that you wear your mask to worship.
