BOARD OF DIRECTORS

At Faith Community, we believe faithful ministry includes thoughtful, responsible leadership and stewardship of the resources God has entrusted to us.


Our Mission & Ministry Board of Directors (MMD) provides leadership, guidance, and oversight for Faith Community Lutheran Church & Schools. Elected by the congregation in accordance with our Constitution and Bylaws, the Board operates through a policy-based governance model, working alongside pastoral and executive leadership to establish strategic direction, promote responsible stewardship, and support the long-term health and growth of our ministries.


Through prayerful leadership, integrity, and accountability, the MMD helps ensure that our church and schools remain faithful to God's Word and focused on our shared mission of Inviting People to Know Jesus.
