Mission & Ministry Board of Directors


At Faith Community, we believe faithful ministry includes thoughtful and responsible leadership. Our governance structure helps ensure that the mission, resources, and business of the church are stewarded with integrity, transparency, and in accordance with God’s Word.


Our Mission & Ministry Board of Directors (MMD) provides policy-based governance and oversight for Faith Community Lutheran Church & Schools. The MMD works alongside our pastoral and executive leadership to help keep our congregation focused on its mission of Inviting People to Know Jesus while providing responsible oversight of the church’s ministry, operations, and resources.

Members of the Mission & Ministry Board of Directors are elected by the congregation in accordance with Faith Community’s Constitution and Bylaws. Board members provide prayerful leadership, accountability, and stewardship while helping keep Faith Community focused on our mission of Inviting People to Know Jesus.
