"Women united in our faith & love of Jesus with a desire to serve, draw together in sisterly love, strengthen our church community and expand God's kingdom."
The process of Joyfully Aging just doesn't get any better when one shows up at our bi-monthly SAM meetings. Come and be a part of our fellowship. We're not getting old, we're simply aging...
At our bi-monthly meeting in March, about 40 of us were joined by over 50 students from the Faith Academy. What a fun time as we:
- Taught the kids how to do “The Twist” and they taught us how to do “The Floss.”
- We all decorated sugar cookies… and then ate them!
- Discussed, at each table, what life was like when we were “kids” (we did a good job at remembering) and what it is like for them now, and for us, now, too.
- Shared lunch with the kids
The topic for our next meeting will be “JOYFULLY AGING: SAFELY” and we will be focusing on safety in our homes and travels.
We’re excited (yep, even as we age) that this next meeting will be the first in the new “campus”…so come and check us out as well as the campus. In the meantime:
- Mark the date and time! - May 17th from 10:30-12:30
- Look for future announcements with more details and the opportunity to register

D6 is short for Deuteronomy 6, where it says to impress our love for the Lord on our children, and to talk about the things of faith at home. This is what D6 workshops are all about - helping each other to be better parents all around! Click here to view our 2018-19 workshop schedule.
