Midweek Worship Series
“Road Trip”
Wednesdays, 6:00-6:30 p.m.
“Behold, we go up to Jerusalem,” Jesus said to His disciples, leading them on the road toward that ancient city. It’s one of many roads on which we may confront the Christ, or be confronted by the Christ, during this holy season. During the weeks of Lent, we will join Jesus and others on many different roads. Each road will lead us closer to the cross and empty tomb, where we find the hope and promise that the road we travel with our Savior never ends!

Sunday Worship Series
“Renewal”
Renewal . . . suggests that something once was new, but over time and through misuse, or lack of use, it has become worn out, faded, and old. It is like working on a piece of furniture and discovering beautiful oak layers under layers of paint and varnish. It needs to be renewed—brought back to its original condition.
In our Sunday Lenten series, we will consider aspects of the renewed Christian life. In the process, we will see how we can get worn down, covered with thick coats of discouragement and disobedience, and faded under the scorching sun of living in a fallen world. We will examine what needs renewing in our lives, and see how Jesus can scrape off the layers and refinish us so we can be renewed in Him!
2/21 Renewal of Godly Fear
2/28 Renewal of Obedience
3/07 Renewal of True Religion
3/14 Renewal of Priorities
3/21 Renewal of Servanthood

Ceramic Crosses - A great children's craft and a wonderful keepsake for years to come.
We will be doing a group fast/prayer during Lent. Fasting is a powerful tool to draw us closer to the Lord. You may choose to fast once during Lent, once a week or all 40 days.
There is no limit to the number of “fasters” each day either - the more the merrier. You do not need to contact or pray with anyone, but there is huge released as we will be praying for each other according to the schedule. It’s a powerful way to unify and strengthen the Body of Christ. Please prayerfully consider joining us.

Let us go right into the presence of God with sincere hearts fully trusting him. For our guilty consciences have been sprinkled with Christ’s blood to make us clean, and our bodies have been washed with pure water. Heb 10:22
It’s time for our 3rd annual Easter Witness Baskets Drive to encourage and minister to impoverished families in our community. We encourage you to take a tag from our Easter display then bring an Easter basket specific to that gender/age. Please bring your basket into the church narthex by March 21st so it can be delivered in this wonderful testimony to who Jesus is and what He has done for us.
The academy chapel offerings will be used to purchase Christian materials which will be added to each basket.
The preschool will be delivering the baskets to the Las Vegas Rescue Mission and Calvary Downtown Outreach in Faith's bus.
The Confirmation students and the 1st Communion classes will be adding the Christian materials to each basket as part of their service project.
Each of us can bring a basket in. We are all working together as the body of Christ to serve our community and invite people to know Jesus. God bless you for your generosity.
