Faith Lutheran Academy is operated as an exempt school under the provision of NRS 394.211 and as such is exempt fromthe provisions of the Private Elementary and Seondary Education Authoriation Act.
Faith Lutheran Academy admit students of any race, color, or national or ethnic origin to all rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the schools. It does not discriminate on the basis of race or color or national or ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, athletic and/or other school-administered programs.
